Our Contract Staffing services option enables you
to enlist the help of professionals to supplement existing staff without
the need to increase full-time headcount. Most projects are full-time
in scope, with durations from three to eighteen months in length. Our
staffing services professionals are experienced at all levels, with
broad expertise. And interim assignments end when the project is completed.
Contract-to-Hire
Our Contract-to-Hire services option is what we refer to as the “Try
and Buy” option. This option allows the client and the professional
to work together for a specified period of time, usually 3-6 months
to evaluate the right fit. It also allows the client to pay the placement
fee over an extended period of time.
Subject Matter Experts and Generalists
New Horizons can also provide assistance to define what type of resources
or technology are called for to achieve the desired results and these
type of consultants can be contracted to aid in those decisions. There
are two types of consultants that can aid with these types of requests
at New Horizons, generalist and subject matter experts.
Subject Matter Experts (SME)s help customers to understand how their
technology can best benefit their company. Subject matter experts, have
an extensive track record of experience, deep knowledge in specific
areas, technologies and platforms that enable them to define how a specific
subset of technology can best be utilized by a business.
Generalists help to define what types of technologies and what kind
of subject matter expert requirements your company or project may need.
Information Technology is too broad to be represented only by generalists.
