Cancellations & Refunds
Below are New Horizons Jacksonville Cancellation and Refund Policies.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If your employee (or a qualified replacement) can not attend a class for which they are registered, please notify New Horizons Computer Learning Centers at least five (5) or more business days in advance of the scheduled class. This will secure transfer of the class reservation with no penalty. Cancellation or rescheduling notification received less than five (5) business days prior to a scheduled class date will result in forfeiture of 100% of class fees.
Students retaking Applications Classes are subject to a $50 cancellation fee for cancellation/rescheduling notices received less than five (5) business days prior to class.
